Berlin Village Inn Guest Policies

  • Rates do not include tax & are subject to change

  • Rates listed are for double occupancy, additional adults are $10 per adult

  • Children 12 & under are free when accompanied by an adult

  • There is a limit of 4 persons per room

  • Check-in time is 3pm thru 9pm, Monday-Saturday; 4pm thru 9pm on Sunday

  • Check out time is 11am

  • Limited maid service

  • NO PETS ALLOWED

  • Accept all major credit cards, checks & cash

  • Credit card required to make a reservation

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made prior to noon on the day before arrival. If a cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for one night's accommodation. All cancellations must be made over the phone, please no e-mails. If reservations were made through booking.com or another online website other then this one, they must be cancelled through that website. BVI cannot cancel them.
