Five ways to stay

Every room was renovated in 2022 and is cleaned daily, with a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and free Wi-Fi. Two of the five types are on the ground floor with no stairs.

In the middle of the world's largest Amish community.

Berlin sits at the center of Holmes County. From the inn it is a few minutes to downtown Berlin's quilt, craft and furniture shops, bulk food stores and restaurants, and a few miles to Walnut Creek, Charm, Mt. Hope or Sugarcreek.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Arriving late? We'll send you check-in instructions before your stay.

Is breakfast included?

No. Breakfast is not included, but Boyd & Wurthmann, Berlin Farmstead and several bakeries are a few minutes away. Every room has a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.

When were the rooms renovated?

All 22 rooms were renovated in 2022, and keeping them spotless has been our reputation since 1985.

How far is downtown Berlin?

The inn is on State Route 39 at the west edge of Berlin. Downtown's quilt, craft and furniture shops, bulk food stores and restaurants are a few minutes' drive east.

Which rooms have no stairs?

All Two Double Beds rooms and both King Rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs. The Two Queen Beds, Large Queen and Small Queen rooms are on the upper level, reached by stairs. There is no elevator.
