The cleanest rooms in Berlin
Spotless rooms have been the inn's reputation since it opened in 1985 as Berlin's first hotel. Every room was renovated in 2022, and beds are made up in crisp white linens. Guests come back year after year for exactly that.
In Berlin, minutes from everything
The inn is on State Route 39 at the west edge of Berlin. Downtown's shops and restaurants are a few minutes' drive east, and the rest of Holmes County is close by.
A motel layout that makes trips easy
Rooms open to the outside with free parking close by, so there are no long hallways or lobbies to cross. All ten Two Double Beds rooms and both King Rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs, which helps with mobility, small kids and lots of shopping bags.
Rooms for two to four
Choose from five layouts. Families and friends traveling together usually book Two Double Beds or Two Queen Beds, which sleep four. Couples like the King Room or one of our queen rooms.
Central to Holmes County
Berlin is the hub of Holmes County Amish Country. Walnut Creek, Charm and Mt. Hope are about 5 miles away, Millersburg about 6 and Sugarcreek about 10. See our Amish Country guide for restaurants, shopping and things to do.
