What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Arriving late? We'll send you check-in instructions before your stay.
Is breakfast included?
No. Breakfast is not included, but Boyd & Wurthmann, Berlin Farmstead and several bakeries are a few minutes away. Every room has a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.
When were the rooms renovated?
All 22 rooms were renovated in 2022, and keeping them spotless has been our reputation since 1985.
How far is downtown Berlin?
The inn is on State Route 39 at the west edge of Berlin. Downtown's quilt, craft and furniture shops, bulk food stores and restaurants are a few minutes' drive east.
Which rooms have no stairs?
All Two Double Beds rooms and both King Rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs. The Two Queen Beds, Large Queen and Small Queen rooms are on the upper level, reached by stairs. There is no elevator.
How many people can stay in a room?
Up to 4 guests in the Two Double Beds and Two Queen Beds rooms, and up to 2 in the King, Large Queen and Small Queen rooms. Rates are for two guests; each additional adult is $10 per night and children 12 and under stay free.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes to both, and both are free. You can park right outside your room.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel by noon the day before arrival to avoid a one-night charge. Please call (330) 893-2861 to cancel. Reservations made on Booking.com or another travel site must be canceled through that site.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. A credit card is required to hold a reservation.
What if I arrive late?
No problem. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM with no cutoff. If you will arrive after the office closes, we'll send you check-in instructions before your stay. Questions? Call (330) 893-2861.
Is there a place to sit outside?
Yes. Guests are welcome on our deck, with tables, chairs and a view over the trees toward the valley.
How far is the inn from Walnut Creek, Charm and Mt. Hope?
About 5 miles to each. Millersburg is about 6 miles, Sugarcreek about 10 and Kidron about 14.
